To identify the skill gaps and supplement the existing skills by organizing trainings and workshops on innovations in agriculture, allied activities and livelihood projects to rural and tribal population. Ekalavya Foundation has established Tribal Resource Centre at Lingapur, Adilabad district in the year 2018.

Various trainings organized in TRC:

• Training on sanitation and cleaning agents like phenol and washing soda has been imparted to women.
• Training on organic farming, water conservation and natural resource management was imparted to youth from other districts in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
