Ekalavya Foundation with the help of SEWA International in collaboration with ONGC has started Himalayan Agriculture Rejuvenation and Enhancement of Livelihood for Agripreneurs project at Chamoli, Rudraprayag and Dehradun district, Uttarakhand with an aim to transform Uttarakhand as100% Organic State.
Objectives:
Promotion of Organic farming
Training of farmers on Organic farming
Generation of Livelihood through skill development
Increase the levels of income of farmers
Important Activities:
Demonstration farm beds have been prepared and seeds have been sown at following HARELA Demo centres.
