With an aim to create awareness about the Constitution and Legal Statutes, Legal Awareness Sessions are organized for youth by Ekalavya Foundation. The main subjects dealt are Right to Information Act (RTI), Indian Constitution, Forest Rights, Land ownership, basic legal knowledge of other laws of the land, etc.

Important Activities:

• Awareness campaign on RTI act and fundamental rights was conducted for B.Tech. and MBA students of KITS College, Markapuram, Prakasham District, Andhra Pradesh. The main chief guest of the program was NHRC member Mrs. Jyothika Kalra.
• RTI act awareness program was conducted at PNCA College, Singarayakonda.
• Awareness program on Grama Sabha and its importance and how RTI act can be used to know about various rights was conducted on at Akepalam village, Gidhaluru Mandal, Prakasham District, Andhra Pradesh.
• Letter to State Information Commissions of state governments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana was submitted on suggestions and effective implementation of RTI act in the states.
